Q: I lost my license key or
I receive the message "Invalid license key".
A: Please follow the steps below to activate File Scavenger.
- Run File Scavenger on the computer that performs the recovery and
click the Licenses button on the Toolbar.
- Select "Licensed mode".
- Enter the Purchase Code (on your email receipt) and click OK.
- Click OK again.
If File Scavenger cannot connect to the server, use a web browser on a computer connected to the Internet and visit the website:
http://www.quetek.com/license.htm
